Hi Barbara, Gary, and All, For others who might be recent additions to the group, I'm aware that several are working on developing the workforce-related preconference idea that generated here on this list. I'm really excited by this idea and glad to know things are moving ahead. Maybe Donna or another could give us an update. I also think this is an excellent example of an activity in which a community of practice (CoP) might engage. I'm wondering though, if we are a community (or communities) of practice -- then what's our vision for that? For this list? What overall contribution or impact do we hope to make? If we were to articulate that collaboratively, what points might that vision include? I look forward to hearing your thoughts on that. Let's keep it going! I do have one question for you: what's the latest on the workforce-related preconference for COABE this coming year? Haven't heard anything in a while.
