Nancy, if you get a chance, I would encourage you go to the ETS website at www.ets.org/etsliteracy, then click on the link on the left called "ETS Literacy Details." Once you click on that link, you will see a series of tabs. Click on the one titled "Test Preparation." Once you have done that, you will see some additional tabs. Click on the one called "Tutorial." This tutorial is free and has 2 sections - the first section teaches basic computer skills such as how to use a mouse, how to click, and how to highlight, and the second section teaches skills that are specific to how to answer questions in the ETS literacy tests.
